3. Booking and Payment

To book our services, you must provide accurate information regarding the services requested, the date and time of the move, and any other necessary details. Once we confirm your booking, you will receive a written estimate or invoice outlining the expected charges for your move.

  • Deposit: For some services, a deposit may be required at the time of booking. This will be deducted from the final price.

  • Any fragile or high-value items (such as electronics, art, jewelry, etc.) are properly packed or disclosed to us for special handling.
  • Adequate parking and loading/unloading areas are available for our moving trucks.
  • You notify us of any potential obstacles such as narrow doorways, staircases, or large furniture that may require extra attention.
  • Any items that require special handling or that are prohibited by law (e.g., hazardous materials, illegal substances, pets) are excluded from the move.

If any items are not accessible or prepared for transport, we may charge additional fees or refuse to move them.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your move, please notify us as soon as possible. The following policies apply:
